Refund Policy

Choose carefully as GrasshopperOutdoors do not refund for “change of mind”. 
Should the product be found faulty, please complete the appropriate return form for RMA Number, upon receipt the fault will be evaluated to assess whether it is detrimental to its use, and dealt with as GrasshopperOutdoors view appropriate 

Shipping

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 72 hours wherever possible - please allow for weekends and bank holidays.

Payment Method

We accept payment via PayPal which covers a wealth of payment options such as credit card, and PayPal online - our main payment gateway due to it's secure online reputation and it's great consumer protection facilities. All products and items ordered will ship only when full and final payment is received.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars.

All pricing on our site can change at the discretion of grasshopperoutdoors.com.au at any time with or without notice. Pricing errors via the website will be amended wherever notified. Items shown at incorrect price points online will not be shipped until full pricing has been rectified.

Privacy

grasshopperoutdoors.com.au respect your privacy online and understand how important it is to protect your personal information. The information we collect ranges from your name through to your email address, postal address and contact numbers. Credit card details are not held on file nor are bank transfer details. We DO NOT share any of your information with outside parties of npfsales.com.au The only reasonable request we would make to display your name and state of origin would be in the terms of a competition held here online where we request the winners first name only and state of origin for newsletter updates and Facebook feeds. This is completely subject to your acceptance into the competition though and will be stated clearly throughout any promotion as such.

Security

We pay a premium to use PayPal as our preferred choice of payment gateway ensuring you're covered online and that we don't retain any of your payment details. We don't hold details of guest transactions if you just like a more anonymous online purchase and we use an on shore server to host our site - just a few of the ways we're keeping you safe online.
